These products are leveraged against their respective marketplaces’ national/established brands.

Yes, based on mutual agreement, we can provide samples/prototypes for market trials, sample surveys, and efficacy checks before commercial production.

We are competent in manufacturing quality products in the home, fabric, and personal care categories. We also do re-packing of Olive Oils.

Yes, we have many stabilized formulations that can be tweaked to suit customers’ final requirements and launch products quickly.

In dedicated manufacturing, the selection of machinery is mutually discussed and agreed upon with our customers. The selection of machines is based on current projections and future scale-up.

We have dedicated Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments to ensure that ingredients are produced and sourced according to the prescribed norms. Any deviation is promptly dealt with.

No, we are involved until the finished goods are dispatched from our manufacturing units.

Yes, we have a dedicated team of microbiologists and formulation scientists who can formulate specific recipes to suit customer requirements. Once the samples are created, we have in-house stability chambers to check the stability of the formulation during the product’s shelf life.

Yes, we also undertake collaborative exercises with customer R&D to create newer formulations. Regular inter-team interaction is being done to improve the efficacy of the products constantly.

Yes, we would be eager to source the PM’s as per customer references, provided the source meets our quality parameters.

The customer retains the IPR of the product designs. At the commencement of the business, agreements are duly signed to vouch for the same.

Yes, we work with both start-ups and established brand owners. Associating with us will empower start-ups to launch their products quickly by leveraging our established production and R&D capabilities.

Yes, we can associate to scale up the production immediately to meet the existing RMPM specifications. The existing production SOPs will be replicated to prevent any deviation in the product qualities.

The MOQ will be 10 MT per SKU for home care liquids. For detergents, it will be 50 MT per SKU.

The lead time for commercial production of the 1st lot post-completion of developmental activities is 30 to 45 days. Subsequent supplies will attract a lead time of 21 -30 days.

Initial development costs are one-time costs incurred for artwork development, die design, mould charges, etc. These costs need to be paid upfront at the time of closure of developmental activities, irrespective of commercial production status.

Based on the product’s attributes, we can immediately scale up the production or buy new machinery to accommodate the extra quantity.

A detailed production plan is shared daily with the customer to track the production achievement against the monthly plan. Regular updates are shared through emails, WhatsApp, and physical visits for new or smaller products.

No, once the purchase order is booked and subsequent orders are placed with the vendors, changes in order, etc., are generally not accepted. However, special cases are considered, and best efforts are taken to resolve the issue.

Yes, all of our units are certified for exports.

Yes, we offer complete assurance of the quality of the product and its shelf life. However, the claim is accepted only when the documents against storage, mishandling, etc, are fully scrutinised and accepted. Any claim, once accepted, the losses incurred are compensated against a maximum of the invoice value.

Unless a dedicated manufacturing facility, we are open to manufacturing products for everyone. The essence of contract manufacturing is to maintain the business’s confidentiality. Commercial Manufacturing Agreement & Non-Disclosure Agreement are signed before the commencement of the business to inhibit any such incidence of disclosure of confidential information.
